         李冬民  博士/教授/博士生导师

    西安交通大学基础医学院院长助理,生物化学与分子生物系教授、系主任,本科生院医学生物学系副主任,基础医学实验教学中心原副主任。西安交通大学教学后备名师。中国生物化学与分子生物学教学专业委员会委员,陕西省生物化学与分子生物学会常务理事,中国生物物理学会代谢生物学分会会员,中国细胞生物学学会细胞代谢分会会员;《西安交通大学学报(医学版)》 第二届责任编委。国家及多个省市自然科学基金函评专家。20102011年在美国辛辛那提大学医学院代谢性疾病研究所公派留学(博士后)。201610月,被选派加州大学伯克利分校参加“Berkeley Faculty Development Program for XJTU”项目研修。

    主要从事(1)糖脂代谢的表观遗传调控,(2)肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝等代谢性疾病的发病机制及靶向治疗,以及(3)肠道菌群、免疫代谢与非酒精性脂肪肝病的研究工作。

    承担临床、预防、药学、法医、口腔、护理等专业本科生生物化学分子生物学》,博、硕士研究生《医学分子生物学》和《现代生物技术》,留学生本科生《Biochemistry和《Molecular Biology》,及留学生博、硕士研究生《Molecular Biology》,8年制内分泌区段等程的教学工作。

    主持国家自然科学基金3项、省部级科研项目9项;参与国家及省部级项目7项。主持校级课程建设、教学改革项目11项。指导国家级、省级及校级大学生创新训练项目19项,并多次获奖。指导大学生荣获西安交通大学第十六届“腾飞杯”特等奖1项、第十七届“腾飞杯”二等奖1项;荣获陕西省第十届“挑战杯”一等奖1项;荣获全国第十四届“挑战杯”二等奖1项,个人荣获“优秀指导教师”荣誉称号。在HepatologyMol Cell Endocrinol.、Scientific Reports、Journal Immunology等期刊发表SCI收录论文26篇。副主编译著1部;参编国家规划教材10部。
